2. Architecture & specification

Data model, API design and tickets are defined before the first commit. That way it's clear how frontend and backend fit together – before it gets expensive.

3. Short iterations

AI-assisted development using spec-driven development: backend and frontend grow together, with tests and code review. You see working results early.

AdonisJS ships with much of what you'd have to assemble yourself with Express or Fastify: ORM, validation, authentication, migrations – all in TypeScript. That saves time and keeps the structure consistent.
