Email delivery via Resend
Messages from the contact form are transmitted via the service Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #4496, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes the name, email address and message content. There is a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Hosting
This website is hosted by DigitalOcean, LLC, 101 Avenue of the Americas, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10013, USA. Access data (server logs) are processed in the process. There is a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Transfer to Third Countries
Since Resend and DigitalOcean are US providers, personal data is transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR, which ensure an adequate level of data protection.
5. Storage Duration
Data from the contact form will be deleted as soon as the enquiry has been finally processed and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
Server log data is automatically deleted after 7 days.
